Together with Thomas Dyllick, I am running the Institute for Business Sustainability as Director. We conduct conceptual research in the area of business sustainability, individual and organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, sustainability business strategy. I am also a Professor of Practice at the LUISS Business School in Rome, Italy.
